I used Track It at a former company. It was an excellent package for help
desk as well as tracking inventory. It was also very solid as a software
package.

I was curious if anyone here has any experience with Track-It. This is a
software package for tracking PC inventories, helpdesk etc. The biggest
feature I was looking at is the ability to setup auditing through the lan.
It apparently allows you to audit installed software on you entire network.
Before I request the expenditure I was interested if anyone on this list has
or has in the past used this software.
