I have written a database in Access 2000 that does simple PM tracking. It
has a web based side that allows our production staff to view maintenance
requirements for there department and mark that they have completed the
task.
What the production staff can see can be turned off if there is PM that
should be done by our maintenance staff.

It is not fancy but our maintenance manager does like it.

Some time ago we purchased a product called Maintenance Manager. That
company was bought out and they killed the product. Since that time, the
people who originally brought out Maintenance Manager have brought out a new
product called Smart Maintenance. We are using it and really like it. You
