Odd Crystal question

I have an odd Crystal question. I would like my entire Group Foot #1d section to print at 7 1/4" from the top of the page. I have moved my entire report to get it as close to 7 1/4, but there are a lot of sections that I cannot take out to move it anymore. I have also clicked on the "suppress blank section" box to help. Is there a formula that I could write in the "section expert" under "print at bottom of page"? If so, any ideas how to set up the formula?
