Ok I got it to work.
We run epicor 9.04.507a on progress 10.1c on a Win2008R2 sever 64bit.
Local station is Windows 7 64bit.
Here is what I did
First I went to the oe101c/netsetup folder and ran the setup on the local computer.
Then I did not run the regular ODBC setup in the control panel since this will only recognise 64bit drivers.
I went to windows/sysWOW64 folder and ran the ODBCad32.exe this is the setup for 32bit ODBC drivers and I added the progress Driver.
Make sure the port is 9050 for 9.04.

If it's anything like 8.03, you will need to copy the .dll directory where the oe101b driver is sitting on the server.
Copy the folder to the client confit folder in the client machine and put some registry entries to tell windows the driver is available.
Let me know off line and I can send you the rev hack and the reg hack.
Hope this helps.
