I have a user when they open Journal Entry the Numbers are cut off unless she clicks in the box then it will display the full number. It is not doing it on mine or another users screen. She does not have any personalizations and we did not customized the screen. Anyone know of anything that would cause this?

you mean the resolution? I did. I even tried changing it.
No, scaling. They may have their monitor set at 150% or 200%, the default is 100%
Might not be causing the problem, but something else to check.
As @tkoch said, it probably a windows scaling or possible font issue.
Notice how the static text is different between yours and theirs?
The “T” in “Totals” is almost directly above the “D” in “Debits” on their screen. But on your’s the “Debits” text is much further to the right.
