Is the Sales Order Release "Firm Release" checkbox checked and is there a date in the "Ship By Date" field?

We are on 9.05.701 and have a new customer, new parts, and new orders entered. MRP runs nightly but jobs are not being created as they are with the other customers. Looked at the part level and MRP is checked. Parts are set up similar to other parts that are creating jobs. Not sure where else to look to get the jobs created? Is it at in the customer fields?

Have the jobs been engineered, released, and scheduled? If not, the system won’t know how to schedule the jobs and components.

If yes, on the Part Level, is PART REV checked?
If No, then the Order Rev must equal the Approved Rev.
