Our users are receiving a warning message when doing a non conformance transaction stating that the quantity they are trying to move out of inventory exceeds the amount in the warehouse bin for that operation. Yet when they check the quantity there is enough in the bin.
Does anyone know what may be causing this to happen?

On the part tracker, check exactly what is in the bin. It sounds like you might have a quantity in the bin that includes either finished goods and WIP or WIP from multiple jobs.
Just curious about the type of NC tran, menu item/entry form being used, etc…?
Likewise on Part Tracker, there’s allocated quantities. It’s vague, but that can include shipments that have not “shipped” yet.
