Nonconformance for multiple issues - Operation

In our EM Process, we are testing the box and we can run into multiple issues. So we NC the Operation for Qty 1.

In this case, we have 4 issues, but can only create 1 NC with 1 Reason Code.

When we pass it, Qty will complete the operation, but we still have three issues left. We want to be able to capture the 4 issues, instead of using reasoncode Multi.

How are you doing this? We want to do this for reporting purposes.

What about creating multiple Corrective Action Reports and not passing the item until all of the multiple issues have been addressed.
