We have a Non-Nettable SHIP bin that is used to ship from. I have a situation that the Part appears to be shipped correctly from the BIN but it never removed the QTY from the SHIP bin. Any one know of a conversion that can fix this? I tried conversion 6560 and 6680 with no luck.
Can you not just do an inventory transfer with a negative to remove amount, or do a Quantity adjustment to get it out of the bin?
Technically yes we could do a QTY adjustment. I am just trying to figure out why the system isn’t moving it sometimes.
So the Part Transaction History Tracker shows that the parts were shipped from the SHIP bin?
Yes it shows the STK-CUS transaction.
What is the Warehouse and Bin for the STK-CUS transaction (in Part Transaction History Tracker)?
Correct warehouse and the Ship-1 bin
Does E9 have the utilities mentioned in
Check the Inventory Wip Reconcilation report to see if the STK-CUS trans is there -
Since it is a non-netting bin - in transaction history - nothing in a non nettable bin is part of the running total.
However, it should have reduced the bin by the quantity ship from the non netting bin.
