Todd's first paragraph is correct.
The reminders on the BBerry can be set on it's own, like 15 min.
Messages read on the BBerry don't show read on outlook other than their not
in bold (unread). Reply messages are shown that you replied to them.
One of the features several like is messages can be filed in folders from
the BBerry. We have a couple who save every customer message. Filing them on
the BBerry also files them on outlook desktop.
You can also setup another personnel email to retrieve on the BBerry, home
email to retrieve.
It's my understanding that by default BBerry takes precedence on saving etc
over the desktop but this can be reversed.
I agree it is slick. But it does have a cost.
