Sorry,
Epicor 905.702A
Crystal Reports
I created a BAQ called OrderShippingStatus
Added in the tables I needed, analyzed and tested the BAQ. Data was displayed with no errors.
I created a report called OrderShipStatus to go with it.
Added Option fields like ShipDate to run the report by a date range and OrderNum and PartNum to run the report by either OrderNum or PartNum.
Report doesn’t have filters at this time.
I clicked Test Form to see if it worked and instead of getting OrderShipStatus I get a BAQ I created about a month ago.
The BAQ and the .rpt I just created above are in the Query Designer and the Report Designer.

Now that there are three versions of Epicor (vantage, E9, and E10) talked about the most, it is really important that posting includes full context of the version, what type of report, etc.
In the case of E9 it could be a Crystal Report or a SSRS, in E10 most likely a SSRS report.
Not sure what you mean by "newly created" and "the one you created does".

Patricia,
You’ll need to contact Epicor Support and ask for the following fix program:
**RETRO FIX FOR SCR 121789 - BAQ Designer - returns incorrect Test form when using Action > Test Report Form option in BAQ Report designer.

Patrick,
Thank you.
I tried your suggestion and got the message below but when I tried Test Report Form again I still don’t see my OrderShipStatus.

This is part of what I see when I do Test Report Form

All Received Inventory is something I did about a month ago. Is there a step I missed?
