What report in Epicor ECR 10.0 can my buyers use that will captures all material shortages?
P.O. Suggestions does not show all shortages. When we look in Time Phase we see suggestions for a particular part. When we run P.O. Suggestions that part does not show up…confused!

Your production planners workbench tracker shows shortages by job, part
number, You need to run a process in the background, production planning
process (I believe not looking at the screen right now) to populate the
tracker
As far as PO Suggestions, are you authorized to other buyers or in other
words have rights to see certain buyer suggestions?

Yes I am authorized… I think I am? I have to approve POs over a certain $. Is there somewhere I can look to see if I am or not?

Buyer maintenance under Purchase Management/Setup
You have to be authorized to any buyer for which you may want to either
create purchase orders and/or generate POs for from PO Suggestions
Just click on new authorized user in buyer maintenance and select from the
list of valid epicor users your login name
