Newb SMTP question

Just logging into our new pilot account, I’d like to get the SMTP email server working. Under Company Maintenance, Email and Reporting I put in this info (we use gsuite):
smtp1

When I try to enable a user account and send them their login info I get this error:

Not sure what I might be doing wrong or of there’s another area to enter email / smtp info?
