Please can someone tell me if I’m missing something here? Using the search function of PO Suggestion and there is no results for a given user? The user has been setup as a buyer and with a valid user account but search results are blank!
If I test it on another user account, he receives 100+ PO suggestions.
Where am I going wrong?

A buyer can be assigned at the part plant level and if it isn’t set there then the buyer at the part class level will see the suggestions.
If you would like to split up your parts between buyers you can do it by populating those two fields. The part plant record supersedes the part class record.
If you don’t want to mess with the parts or part class, you can add the new buyer as an authorized user under the existing buyer so that they see everything that buyer sees.
I don’t know what happens when neither of these are populated- Part Plant or Part Class.
