New Jobs Showing Negative Onhand Balance While Onhand > 0

We have part# NHPL-1836CA-LC-PKT with 54 pieces onhand in TX. I am including the time phase screen to reference.

Job# TXFR0108490 requires 1 piece and decrements from Onhand to 53. The next 2 jobs require 2 pieces each, but decrement inventory showing -2, -4 respectively. Cannot figure why it would not decrement to 51, 49 respectively. Any ideas? Please ask for add’l information if needed to resolve.

Hi,
perhaps the second and third jobs are note on the same site than the stock, so that the balance don’t care the level of the stock on the other site?

Do any additional details show if you check the “suggestion” checkboxes? Perhaps there are transfer suggestions, or cancel PO suggestions that aren’t being shown which could impact your running balance.

Wouldn’t make sense based on your min/max values… but just tossing out ideas to check.

Someone else just posted a similar issue with a solution of running Process 1420 in Conversion Workbench. Worth a shot.

This does seem similar to my issue. Hopefully it works for them as well.

Process 1420 in the Conversion Workbench seems pretty invasive. Lots of tables affected. Should all users be out of EPICOR? Did it take long to run?

I ran it during production hours. We aren’t a huge company so in comparison to where I came from our DB is significantly smaller. Not sure if that will effect it but it took maybe 20-30 seconds for it to be completed.
