I think I have completed the Application Server information correctly along with all the tabs. I have then click the Deploy button. It acts like it is doing something but I don’t know if it is or not. It has been showing the attached photo for over 30 minutes now.
Didn’t get to finish my question.
I am setting up for the first time a Test Epicor 10.2.400.11 database. I am at the part where you complete the Application Server Configuration information and I believe I have done it correctly. The process has been spinning and showing the attached window for over 30 minutes. Is there something I may have done wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check all the windows. Sometimes the activity window will hide itself behind the configuration screen.

I did check all of the windows and nothing is hidden. I am doing a new install of Epicor 10.2.400 along with the update to .11 at the same time. Could this be part of the problem? Should I do the new install of Epicor 10.2.400 first and then do the upgrade? Just trying to understand this whole new process as I am coming from a Progress database.

You definitely do not want to do install and update at the same time, because one builds on another.
Also, I mentioned the windows because it has happened to me multiple times where the progress display gets hidden behind the configuration window. Shifting them around should reveal it if that was the case.
I ended up getting on with Epicor Tech support and they had me re-download the Epicor 10.2.400 software and the Epicor 10.2.400.12 update software. Then I just did a reinstall and all turned out to be good. So the software I first downloaded did not download correctly and caused problems with the install. Thanks very much for trying to help me.
