I could have lived without this (see: Paycor), but overall, it looks very handsome.

The background is a bit much. People who quite reasonably block autoplaying video elements will see a broken background instead of this:

Oh wow I didn’t notice the background… cool I guess. My brain is conditioned to ignore anything moving on web pages (usually ads)…
