New customization does not appear in menu maintenance

I created a new customization for a screen (Method Tracker). I then went in and rearranged a column in one of the tabs and then saved the layout. Now if I open the screen from developer mode and select the customization I created, I see the saved layout, but otherwise I do not - there is no customization attached to the menu item ( Production Management / Engineering / General Operations / Method Tracker). But when I go to Menu Maintenance and try to select a customization from the pull-down, there are none. I have tried manually typing in the name of the customization as I saved it, then saving, then refreshing the menus, but when I do that the customization I enter is gone, it won’t save it.

I have tried quitting E10 and then starting it again. I have tried clearing the caches. I have tried restarting the client after clearing the cache. I feel like I’m missing a step to get it to show up, but I don’t know what it could be.

Epicor version is 10.2.200.15.

Is your customization saved for All Companies? As far as I’m aware, either the customization needs to be saved for All Companies, or the menu item needs to be copied into your company.

If you only have one company, I would suggest saving the customization for All Companies.

Well, everything is always an adventure with Epicor. I couldn’t see how to save for all companies once the customization already existed, so I deleted the existing one and created a new one. Then I had to clear client caches and restart the client before the customization would show up under the menu maintenance. But after saving the menu item the customization still didn’t show up under Method Tracker even after clearing the cache so I had to do another restart. Now it’s working! Thanks for your help.
