New Client Install Issues

Hi folks,
We recently added some employees and of course installed Kinetic on their workstations. We’re on Version 11.1.200.6 currently. (I’d love to be on a more recent version but I won’t get started on SSL trust levels at the moment)

The installs seemed to work fine until we realized that none of the new installs have the ability to edit their Home screen. I initially thought it was a permission issue but double checked User settings and all looked good there; also logged in on another computer as one of the new users and the Edit function works fine.

Has anyone else had a similar issue? I wondered if it could be a Windows features setting that might now be turned on ? I’m really not sure where to start on this one.

It could be the screen resolution:
-Make sure the window is maximized before trying to edit
-Make sure display settings are set to 100%

Thanks! I would have NEVER come up with that! I guess my screen is always maximized so it never occurred to me! I love this group!
