New 8.03.404B upgrade this weekend

I believe this could be due to a customized/personalized screen. Have
you tried going back to the standard screen to see if you get this
error?

I have one issue this morning that I need your help on. In the
Inventory\ Issues or Returns when trying to save a record I get the
following error message:
Parameter number 2 (table ttIssueReturn) mismatch. Has 71 fields -
client has 74 fields. (8030) (7211)
Please HELP
