We have been working to standardize on using VPN(Wireguard) for remote access to our network(Epicor)… It’s worked well to allow remote access, but we recently had an issue where someone was offsite(using a hotspot cell service) and reported the tracker screens(read only / download) were working, but not the Entry screens(I assume writing data / upload). They switched to a remote desktop solution(we’re trying to get away from these) and reported it worked but really slowly.
So my question is what kind of network requirements does Epicor have, download speeds were measured at 13.6 Mbps and upload 0.57 Mpbs. We have no data on latency or packet loss…
