Need help! Smartphone Scanner for Epicor 9 or Affordable Handheld Option?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for ways to streamline our scanning processes in Epicor 9. While traditional handheld scanners can be expensive, I’m wondering if anyone has successfully used a smartphone as a replacement.

If not, has anyone found a more affordable handheld scanner that works seamlessly with Epicor 9? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Not for Epicor 9, no. On Kinetic versions there are Mobile Time, Expense, and Warehouse entry apps for both Android and iOS. Experiences vary, cruise around this forum for more information.
