Need help on writing a syntax

I am need help writing a quick syntax for a BAQ I have. I want a calculated field that shows only the supervisor id/name. I know this is a check box in EmpBasic, but am unsure how to write the syntax.

I know case when might work but I am not sure I am entering it correctly.

A case statement? This is pseudo code.

CASE WHEN EmpBasic.Checkbox1 = 1 THEN EmpBasic.Name ELSE “” END
