Is there a way in MES to add more then 1 scrap reason code/qty when you end activity?
ie - produced 500 good, 32 bad for for various reasons (10, 12, 10 of each reason)?
There is not. Each transaction quantity can only have one reason code
We have had to write a customization to do this

Agreed. There is one other possible solution, worked for one client of mine. They were able to identify a combination of reason codes and we were able to add those as two reason codes that could be selected at one time. For example, they could select from individual reason codes
