Is there any way to end an operation in MES and have multiple scrap reason codes during a single end productivity entry.
Example:
Count 100
Scrap 5 - Blemishes
Scrap10 - Scratches
Scrap 15 - Bad Material
Not that I know of. What I would have the workers do is Report Quantity to scrap off two of the reasons and then do an end activity to report the good and the last scrap.
Hello John, how would you do this? the report qty screen has no scrap feature and mine is mostly greyed out.
Sorry, poor choice of words I used. What I meant was that they should End Activity and report the scrap, start activity again, and repeat as many times as necessary.
