We have only one order that when we print the ship ticket, order acknowledgement, or the job traveler, it prints off like 20 pages but only the first one has any info in it. And, for this order, should only be one page. Ideas?
I’ve seen this with SSRS when the page size, printer page size, and actual objects on the report do not all match up. Even if you have a single pixel of a line object that extends pas the margin, it will cause blank pages.
And then there is the possibility of “grouping and sorting” being off from what you intended…
I’d review the visible objects and the margins/page layout/page size thing first…
That’s interesting as it is only for this one order, and nothing else is having this issue. But very interesting. I’ll check it out and see.
