Multiple operation detail sequence for same operation

I am having trouble understanding resource groups in scheduling resources. A lot of resource groups automatically assign multiple operation details in scheduling resources. For example, there are 2 variations of a capability id in scheduling resources detail whereas there should only be one. This is automatically being created by the system.

Any help is appreciated.

Can you provide a screen shot of what you are experiencing? I am not too sure the issue you are experiencing.
