Multi-Currency Error: Currency Conversion BLANK to USD

I have been struggling with Multi-Currency for a while, just can’t seem to get it right - buggy and not much luck from Epicor despite several calls, yet.

Current Error I would like to fix is:

  • Currency conversion exchange record was not found for currency code to currency code USD.

For some Epicor Customers on Forums this happens in other Entry Screens, for me atleast at this time its in the “Incoming Intercompany PO Suggestions” Entry Screen.

I have looked at several forums with similar errors, no resolutions yet. I checked of course and double checked my entire Global Currency Setup, it all looks solid, standard.

If anyone has any pointers, I am all ears, not sure if there is a DataFix I need to run since we purchased the Multi-Currency Module recently.

The Error most definitely threw us off, it had nothing to do with currency. We simply didnt have the proper Customer created in our Inter-Company.

If anyone from Epicor is reading this something like “Customer doesnt exist in trading company” would have been better =)

The customer created already but the same error.
