Multi-copy invoices

When your printer pops up (the box which would list all available
printers), did you select the printer and then go to properties of the
printer?

I've done this before with other types of printers, not HP.

Is anyone printing multiple copies of invoices? We cannot figure out
how to print 4 copies each on a different tray of an HP laserjet using
a Crystal report.

Thanks for any help the group can give.

Mike,

My shipping manager just introduce me to three part laser paper from
office max. Just like carbon paper but you run it through the laser
printer. One pass through the printer, three copies and you can sign the
top and it transfers to all copies. I was not aware of this 21st Century
technology until a few days ago. She is using it for BOL's and likes it.
