I am wondering how others are handling this, I have my ideas but I am looking for creative ways others have set up the system.
Please note at some point I do have to give access to the other company, but I want to only give access to a custom folder. SO whatever they have access to in their own company, they should not be able to see in the second company.
Today if I don’t want a user to have access to the same menu item in each company I create menu items for each separate company and I assign users to a security group and add the security group to the correct company menu item.
Example: company 1 Order Entry , company 2 Order Entry.
Then assign security group 1 to to Company 1 Order Entry and sec group 2 to Company 2 Order Entry.
Assign users to the security group(s) based on what they need access to in each company.
