Mulitple division data collection

We have almost the same situation.

4 plants(divisions really) in 3 buildings on a campus like setting.
One of the 4 plants has operations in all 3 of the buildings.
We do not set up a vantage "plant" to be a physical "plant".
So, the plant that operates out of 3 buildings is just one plant not 3.
The vantage term plant for us is more virtual than physical.
Resources cannot be in two places at once, people, machines etc.
We use nomenclature for warehouses, bins, resources etc. that have prefixes which correspond to the physical location to help us know where to locate things.

Probably not what you wanted to hear, but it works for us.

We have to plants located close enough to one another that they are operating off of a single server through a wireless connection. Some jobs we run some of the sequences at one plant and others at the other plant. The problem is that employees at plant 2 can't see the jobs that were entered as plant 1 jobs and vice versa. Any ideas?
