MRP suggestions for released jobs

Hello EpiGeniuses!

Is there any way to just disable “reduce” or “increase” suggestions? Is that the same thing as setting the Part to Constrained Material? Planning feels like MRP reducing/increasing already-released Jobs is causing a lot of confusion.

you can set a bpm to lock the job quantities on release. That is the easiest way.
No, constrained materials would not help you here.
