on Version 10.2.700.33.
both net change and Regen are taking longer.
Not seeing any errors in the MRP logs.
Currently running the Refresh lower level codes and detect redundant boms.
Where else should I look?

Hi Craig,
If you still have old logs from faster run and new logs from slower run I would compare the submit of the MRP job to ensure same, 1st screenshot. After that, I’d look at load on the MRP which can be gleaned from each processor log at end, number of parts and jobs processed. This would show if you have alot more jobs or parts getting processed.
My version doesn’t have that detect redundant Boms option. That sounds like it’d take some time. Run it without and compare?

I would start where Nancy suggests. But it could also be a Hardware / Server / Firewall change (IT related).
I’ve seen it all, to the point I had to back up my database and load it onto a Physical PC which performed 500% faster to determine that multi-million dollar hardware has issues
Our servers are maintained by our Corporate IT team. That will be a fun conversation…
You will find plenty of other things you can try as well:
I cant check old logs, current MRP settings are set to Overwrite the logs.
Thanks Haso. I read through that list, nothing stuck out. i also searched MRP Runtime.
Is it typical for level 1 to be longer than level 0?
