I have a part that takes literally 5+ hours to process MRP. recently this part stated to cause abandoned process which in reduces my MRP time. I can’t find any issues with this Part. It is massive with a massive BOM. any suggestions to dig in and find out why. I have other similar project parts that are not causing an issue. I am guessing they have something set up wrong by i can’t find out what, why or where…UGH…
Yes, doesn’t tell me much. It got almost all the way thru jobs and then failed copying BOM…I can’t find anything else
If you haven’t already tried these in your test environment…
Run conversion 5100 - Recalculate Part Low Level Codes.
And then running MRP with the highest logging level specified to see if it gives any clues to where there might be a bottleneck?
Can you create a job manually on the part?
