MRP is creating suggestions for parts that do not have any demand.
I am not sure where else to look, all suggestions are appreciated.
If you check the “Suggestions” checkbox, it may give us some more info to go off of.
MRP will generate jobs for parts with On Hand quantity below 0 to bring you up to 0.
Right, however there are two jobs already filling the current demand and getting us back to zero.
Are there other sites with demand?

Have you run MRP on “Regenerative” lately?
We run regenerative once a week on Sunday nights, we run net change Monday - Saturday.
Gotcha. The only time MRP will delete jobs is by doing it on “regenerative”. Has this been an issue even before last Sunday when MRP did a regen run?
I am not sure, I can run regenerative on that part specifically. I will let you know what happens!
The only way to do a full regen is to do it for all parts. You should notice that if you filter for a specific part, it will switch to “Net Change” and become a gray, unchangeable option:

I have the same issue going on with a part that has No demand at all – I don’t have a negative inventory quantity and we run MRP nightly as regenerative. I’m stumped…
Update – apparently there was a forecast for this part in the system but it had a date that was past due. I’m guessing that’s why we didn’t see the forecast quantity in Time Phase?
I believe we’ve run into this as well. We update our forecasts monthly to clean them up.
