MRP hit error

I am getting this message when i try to process MRP. Please advise.

“EpicorLive”: A communication error occurred trying to run task ID 239275 for agent “DefaultSystemAgent” on the application server (User: “manager”, Task Description: “Process MRP”).
If this continues to happen investigate if you need to increase the receive and send timeouts in your web.config.

Error details:
System.ServiceModel.CommunicationException: The socket connection was aborted. This could be caused by an error processing your message or a receive timeout being exceeded by the remote host, or an underlying network resource issue. Local socket timeout was ‘1.00:00:00’. —> System.IO.IOException: The read operation failed, see inner exception. —> System.ServiceModel.CommunicationException: The socket connection was aborted. As mentioned you can increase the web.config timeouts, as far as I remember this is not an issue with the program itself which should continue to run even if it appears as “error”, try checking logs/system monitor messages to confirm this and with enough time it should change status from Error to Complete.

Is it the first time it runs for over 24 hours?

If you look at your System Agent, do you have an Appserver URL specified? If so, it the right one?
