It shouldn't be too difficult to schedule MRP using a macro program like Ground Control (see the eGroups files list or www.acrasoft.com for a free download). We've used ground control for many various Vantage functions such as nightly exporting, mass Part Changes, etc. You would probably have to register to get it to work from a command line with your Windows Task Scheduler. (only $35.00, I think).
