We add a bank adjustment for the amount of the direct deposit and post it to
the same bank account. This transaction will "wash" through the bank account
and clear the transaction.

I just ran a G/L report for the Checking payroll account -



The G/L is correct - it looks like when setting up the new bank they used
the same g/l account number for both of them. I(t was actually the same
bank but the names and account numbers changed.) The problem I have is
the
transfer is not available for the bank reconciliation thru Vantage.
