Monitoring how POs are created

Hello everyone,

My manager wants to monitor whether the Purchase Order is a PO created through PO Suggestion or a PO created directly by the purchasing manager.
Is there a menu to monitor this?

Out of the box I don’t believe there is a way. We have a BPM that sets a UD field on the PO that says if it was created from a PO suggestion.
