Mobile Access not installed, why?

Hello,

I write for the first time on community.
Please help me a lot.

Anyway,
I tried to install the “Mobile Access”. But status is “Not Installed”.
Epicor is set up as below picture.

I think Mobile Access is its own license structure. Did you follow an appendix for installation from the install guide? I have not looked for this guide directly, but usually there is install guides form some of these additional add-ons. Hope this helps a little. I have not done Mobile Access myself.

Did you click “Deploy” on bottom right?
This button may be covered up when the window is small

Yes,
I click “Deploy”, but not installed.
And not create folder on “wwwroot”

I solved this problem.

I use Korean in Windows Server language.
Therefore, I could not find “Deploy” button on “Extensions” Tab.
So, I change the language from Korean to English.
