Missing invoices on AR aging by due date

Epicor version 9.04.507A

We hat a few issues with our aging report and they got resolved

The main problem was with debit notes not showing in the aging listing for
which we got a fix
Also we had a problem with a couple of invoices not showing and we got them
to create a fix for those specific invoices

We have had an ongoing problem which Epicor has been unable to solve for
months. When we run an AR aging by invoice date, the report pulls all
of the open invoices and agrees perfectly with the general ledger.
However, when we run the version of the AR aging report by invoice due
date, many invoices are missing from the detail and the totals. It
seems that whole series from random dates are missing as if some flag or
something is not being set. Epicor has sent us two fixes which have not
worked.

We occasionally have problems with our invoice posting process but the
missing invoices do not seem to correlate with those problems. They
are all shipment invoices. We haven't had a problem with miscellaneous
invoices or credits.

We are on 9.04.507A. Anyone else run across this problem and get a fix?
