Misc Charge in Job Entry - Cannot Check Box

I have a job that AP needs to put a Misc Charge on. The Misc Charge
checkbox on Job Entry is not selected. When I attempt to check the Misc
Charge box on Job Details/Materials I get this error:



Transactions exist for this job material. Cannot change Miscellaneous
Charge flag.



I've verified that there are NO transactions for this on-the-fly part.
No PO's, No issues, No receipts, etc. There's nothing in PartTran.



Yet, I still cannot enable this checkbox.



Any ideas?
