Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio - Restore wizard won't open

Has anyone experienced the Restore wizard not opening? I can open the Backup wizard without issue.

It can seem like it’s not opening … if you have a lot of BackupSet records (msdb.dbo.backupset) then it may take up to a couple of hours to open the restore dialog box.
