Yes, but if you have large files in there on a regular basis, it probably
means you need to adjust some settings so you aren't "paging" as much to
disk and more data is kept in RAM, although being Vantage limits that to a
point.

I have a .VBS script you can use to set up using windows scheduler to run
automatically and clean it out.

I can upload it or email it to you if you like, although depending on who did
your installation(I think it was Ben in 07?), this should have been setup for
you at that time to auto clean out the temp folder.

Sometimes files do get kept open and aren't able to be deleted because Windows
still thinks they are "in use" and a reboot(which should be done regularly
anyway from my POV) of the server usually cleans it all up and allows the script
to run and clean it all out.
