This is driving me mad. Never had a problem with this before.
Job receipt to job for a last-costed item (yes, last cost at the site). This has worked fine many times before. But in January all three MFG-WIP transactions went through at zero dollars. So now the destination jobs are all under-costed by 7k to 9k, and all the money went to variance. I verified this in TranGLC.
I tried to un-receive the job (using -1) in test, and it pulled the whole cost back to the original. Now, normally that makes perfect sense, but it’s not undoing the original damage. I guess I could try to override the costs to zero, then push it back at full cost.
Fundamentally, I am utterly baffled at the fact that the sum of the elements (mtl/lbr/bur/sub/mb) do not add up to the transaction amount. At all.
To boot, in TranGLC, I see that the labor and burden transacted; just not the material. [Edit: never mind that.]
Here is the reversal in TEST (works as expected):
BAQ of PartTran and TranGLC (so PartTran is duplicated, hence the colors);
