Method of Manufactuing ( BOO + BOM)

I am new to EPICOR but I have used various ERP systems in past. We are in implementation stage. My role is to create MOM ( Bills of Material + Bills Of Operation) in EPICOR. We have decided current step for the operations.

  1. BOM will come from PLM system automatically which is separate system for design then EPICOR.
  2. Manufacturing Engineer will Create BOO in EPCIOR ( 4-5 Simple operations i.e Issue material+ Build + test + inspect + Receive job)
  3. QA needs to Approved the Final MOM.
  4. based on Approved revision job will be created for it in Future.

Does anyone has such set-up in EPICOR already? Can someone please share me how to do it effectively or any Work instruction available to share?

Vipul,
Everyone has a different take on how to arrive at the MoM per the way the company does things.
My suggestion is to either go through the Epicor training on Part Making, or work through the Epicor Help. But either way, you should see how you would build a usable MoM completely in Epicor, first. This will prepare you to attack your custom integration of the PLM.

I was wondering whether any way there in EPICOR which helps you to Create MOM and Approve ?

I mean 1 user create MOM and other user approve the same in EPICOR ?

I was trying to do by ECO workflow but having some issues.
