I have several employees that are trying to log into one of our plants and are getting the error message:
Job XXX is located in Site XX. Access not allowed.
I know it is something simple but I cannot figure it out. They all have aces to the site
When a user opens MES, they are already logged into a specific site. If the job you need is in a different site, you will have to change sites. If you don’t have “Change Site” in your right-click, the only way I know to change a site is to have that same user log into standard Epicor, change the site, and then close. Then when they log into MES, they will be in the new site.
