I am very new to customizations in Epicor and do not know too much of the programming side of things.
Is there any way I can auto generate a lot number into the Lot field on Job Receipt to Inventory? Currently we have an Epicor customization that was created for us on the “Report Quantity” menu. When users report quantity, a lot number is auto generated (increments by 1 each time), stored in a UD table and auto prints an SSRS template with the lot number. The employees then go to receipt to inventory and have to type in that same lot number.
