So we are getting ready to go live and we have a few generic logins for the shop floor. I have noticed that there logins get an error when they try to log in
The server is up and available because I can log in with my own credentials and so can a few other people.
Any one know of changes with shared logins on MES?
Just to confirm, the same shortcut will allow you to login with a different user account on that particular machine?
Ok this is puzzling. I created a new E10 account to match the generic AD account and i can use that new E10 account on my PC to log in to MES. But the original E10 account will not log in. Am I making sense?
Do you have both SSO and standard app servers?
we don’t use SSO and I guess standard App…I just followed install instructions.
Duh - I forgot you had a pic of entering login credentials in the first post lol.
I got it working. I rest the password. I have no idea why it was not telling me wrong password.
