We are working on cleaning up our indirect labor codes for the operators to clock in under. We have chosen quite a few codes to remove. Other than renaming them z Do Not Use 1,2,3,ect, is there a way to remove them from the list that they see in MES? I understand you cannot delete them as they all have been used in the past to some extent.
When you go into indirect Labor Code Maintenance use the list view. The list view should have an Inactive column.

We’re currently in version 2023.1.13, and though I inactivated various codes, they are still appearing in the dropdown selection in Time Entry. Does anyone know if this is an issue with Kinetic overall (Kinetic interface doesn’t allow the Inactive checkbox to be checked, even though it does display in the list view; only in the Desktop user interface am I allowed to check the checkbox), and I’m wondering if this is just a bug in our current version, or does the functionality no longer work at all in Kinetic?
I cannot delete codes that have already been used, and marking them as Inactive still keeps them in the available selections.
